Paul Callaghan Psy.D.
Dr. Callaghan completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan, and his doctoral education at Central Michigan University. He has practiced in the area of clinical, rehabilitation, and neuropsychology in the Traverse City area since 1993. His current practice is devoted to helping adults and older adults at Munson Medical Center and Brain and Behavioral Health.
Sarah von der Hoff Psy.D.
Dr. Sarah von der Hoff, PsyD earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Midwestern University in 2007. She completed her training in the areas of rehabilitation and neuropsychology. Dr. von der Hoff provides comprehensive testing, treatment, and consultation services to adults and older adults in her private practice with Brain and Behavioral Health. She also provides rehabilitation psychology services at the Grand Traverse Pavilions with their subacute rehabilitation program.
Bridget Callaghan, LCSW
Bridget Callaghan has been a practitioner in clinical social work since 2004. She completed her internship with Child Guidance and Family Services as an infant mental health specialist and doula. Her career also includes working in trauma, critical care case management, end of life care, palliative care, individual counseling and senior citizen mental health care. She joined the Brain and Behavioral Health team in 2012 and provides services as a Psychometrist and is also available for individual and couples counseling.
Faye Youker, MSW
Faye earned her undergraduate degree in social work and graduate degree, Masters in Clinical Social Work, at Ferris State University. She completed training in areas of juvenile youth on probation, provided medically-related social services in a skilled nursing facility and counseling services in private practice. Faye is currently a Social Work Patient Care Manager with Mary Free Bed at Munson Subacute Rehabilitation Services. Faye provides services with Brain and Behavioral Health as a Psychometrist and is also available for individual and couples counseling.
Jacob White, Ph.D.
Dr. White obtained his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees from Central Michigan University. He completed his doctoral internship in Tucson, Arizona before beginning his post-doctoral training at Brain and Behavioral Health in August of 2018. Dr. White has previously specialized in working with children and families but has most recently focused his practice on working with adults who have depression, anxiety, or cognitive changes.
